Tips from the Chef

This page is dedicated to my husband, The Chef (as I like to call him), who was a much more enthusiastic cook than I was when we got married! He did almost all the cooking during our first year while I was busy teaching music lessons. I learned most of my tricks and tips for making food taste extra good from him. (And he learned everything he knows from Alton Brown. Just kidding! Almost.)
