Asian-Inspired Turkey Meatballs

We eat a lot of meatballs. They’re easy, portable, and don’t spike your blood sugar like energy bars often do! I was getting tired of my usual Italian herb meatballs, so here’s an Asian style recipe. These are definitely my favorite. I especially love the fresh grated ginger!

Asian-Inspired Meatballs

2 lbs ground turkey
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp coconut aminos
1 T olive oil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Smear a baking dish with olive oil. With a cookie scoop, place meatballs on pan. Drizzle meatballs with olive oil. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, or until done.

  1. GREAT IDEA! I am trying to eat lower carb this spring, and it’s very hard to find something quick to grab. I have tons of ground lamb and am going to try making some meatballs to keep on hand this weekend!
